The Society for Women in Natural Sciences (WiNS), founded in 2014, is open to all female PhD students and scientific staff in the Department of Chemistry and Applied Biosciences (D-CHAB) at ETH Zürich. Our aim is to provide a networking platform to connect D-CHAB women, both socially and scientifically. So what can you expect from us?
AWARENESS: We host yearly events to raise awareness on the issues faced by women in the scientific environments.
CAREERS: We also host events with top-flying women from a range of industries and academia to share their experiences and inspire us.
FUN: Throughout the year we have additional fun events to promote the interaction among women of D-CHAB.
YOU: WiNS is always open to discuss any personal or work problems you may have and put you in contact with the right people to help.
